Where to Report and Get Help

The following resources are intended to connect consumers, families, and professionals to services/resources:

For immediate/emergency help, call 9-1-1

Mandatory Reporters have a legal obligation to report known or suspected elder abuse.  These reports are to be made to the county department of job and family services.  There are no exceptions for professional relationships, such as doctor/patient or attorney/client. 

 

By virtue of profession or service provision, you may be a mandatory reporter of older adult abuse, neglect or exploitation.  Are you required to report?
